【新西兰鹰视野中文网】（看中国记者黎小葵综合报导）美国“明州事件”发生后在美国掀起不小风波，对于美警方执法过当导致非裔男子死亡案，美国民众和一些政要纷纷表示哀悼和谴责。这件事亦在中国大陆引发强烈反响，非裔男最后遗言“我无法呼吸”在民间广为流传。
官媒联手宣传 非裔男案成热门话题
近日“明州事件”导致全美多地爆发抗议，对此中共官媒火力全开，在国内大肆宣传，包括央视、新华社、《人民日报》等一线官媒，以及澎湃新闻、观察者网等网媒，纷纷对“明州事件”进行了详尽报导，甚至连中国各路网评、写手也都参与其中。
其中，央视女主播更是借此事重谈种族歧视话题。
而中国外交部发言人华春莹则是“翻墙”在推特透过“明州事件”讽刺美国，她说，“我强烈谴责美国弗洛伊德的谋杀案，执法人员应该负责…所有性命都珍贵…我们强烈反对一切形式的种族歧视，以及煽动性的种族主义和仇恨表达。”

不仅如此，华春莹还曾在美国国务院发言人摩根·奥塔格斯（Morgan Ortagus）呼吁国际关注中共政府违背承诺、对香港实施一国一制的行为时，以“我不能呼吸”加以嘲讽。
当时另一位中国外交部发言人赵立坚也翻墙在推特上转发了华春莹的这则贴文。
“我不能呼吸”中国激发回响
虽然中共官媒联手想藉这次“明州事件”以种族问题煽动中国民众的“爱国主义情形”，但似乎并未如愿。
有网友在推特指出，黑龙江访民徐纯合被大陆警察打死时，华春莹是否呼吸顺畅？那么多武汉人因为政府隐瞒疫情而感染去世，华春莹是否呼吸顺畅？现在美国有人在抗议中打砸抢，她竟然开始矫情说自己无法呼吸。
也有推友列举多名引起社会高度关注的死于中共警察暴力执法的案例，“美国警察执法死了一个黑人，美国人上街抗议，甚至到白宫门口去抗议。（中共）官媒引导下，一些傻X觉得美国很乱。岂不知这恰恰说明美国的人权保障。党国这样死了人，比如民工周秀云、瓜农邓正加、雷洋、徐纯合等，你去乡政府门口抗议试试？. ..家人被维稳，发帖被屏蔽，你可能连知道都不知道。”
还有网友把一些大陆警察、城管等维稳人员野蛮执法以及香港抗议者遭警察按地打破头部大量流血的视频片段编辑成短片上传，其中可见一名执法人员用腿压住一名妇人和对一名男子以胳膊锁喉的画面。

中美两国不同 陆民叹“活在胆战心惊中”
在大陆民众遭受打压的案件中，山东龙口李淑莲命案受到国际社会关注。
山东省龙口市访民李淑莲2009年因与当局发生房屋租赁纠纷而赴京上访，之后被警方带回龙口拘禁，同年10月死亡，死时身上有殴打和电击伤痕。当局声称她是上吊自杀，但家属质疑其是被殴打致死。

对于李淑莲之死，其女儿李宁对美国之音用了美国非裔男最后遗言“我无法呼吸”来形容他们全家。
据李宁描述，其母死后，她为此伸冤告状10年，经历许多磨难，身心受到严重伤害，目前在北京就医治疗，而她母亲的案子2018年底在公众舆论压力下移至蓬莱市法院异地重审，但重审法官依然对7名涉案官员和打手枉法轻判，认定李淑莲死于自杀。
关注了“明州事件”的李宁说，对于美国此次发生的悲剧，美国总统川普、许多地方官员和警官都表示悲伤，并对死者家属进行慰问，而社会大众也为死者讨公道，这让她深受感动。 “民主国家处理的方法，和在我身上发生的这些事情的处理方法，是完全不一样的，…我现在没有一丝感觉到他们（中共政府）提倡的安全感、幸福感，什么都没有。我现在每天就活在这种胆战心惊害怕中。”
“不仅是我，我爸爸、哥哥，小姨，还有我们整个家族，受到不公平待遇，都无法呼吸。”李宁感叹在大陆母亲面对政府迫害时，没有看到任何官员为她母亲发声。 “我妈妈被抓回去整整一个月，从被打的那一天，就跟龙口市法院的院长，公安局的，还有政法委的（反映）…但是，他们折磨了她30天，把她活活打死了。”
李宁表示，母亲北京市和龙口市维稳当局把她列为信访人员进行监控，不仅手机遭到监听，还时常受到骚扰，北京警方还曾将其戴手铐、维稳关押。
