【紐西蘭鷹視野中文網】（看中國記者黎小葵綜合報導）美國「明州事件」發生後在美國掀起不小風波，對於美警方執法過當導致非裔男子死亡案，美國民眾和一些政要紛紛表示哀悼和譴責。這件事亦在中國大陸引發強烈反響，非裔男最後遺言「我無法呼吸」在民間廣為流傳。
官媒聯手宣傳 非裔男案成熱門話題
近日「明州事件」導致全美多地爆發抗議，對此中共官媒火力全開，在國內大肆宣傳，包括央視、新華社、《人民日報》等一線官媒，以及澎湃新聞、觀察者網等網媒，紛紛對「明州事件」進行了詳盡報導，甚至連中國各路網評、寫手也都參與其中。
其中，央視女主播更是藉此事重談種族歧視話題。
而中國外交部發言人華春瑩則是「翻牆」在推特透過「明州事件」諷刺美國，她說，「我強烈譴責美國弗洛伊德的謀殺案，執法人員應該負責…所有性命都珍貴…我們強烈反對一切形式的種族歧視，以及煽動性的種族主義和仇恨表達。」

不僅如此，華春瑩還曾在美國國務院發言人摩根·奧塔格斯（Morgan Ortagus）呼籲國際關注中共政府違背承諾、對香港實施一國一制的行為時，以「我不能呼吸」加以嘲諷。
當時另一位中國外交部發言人趙立堅也翻牆在推特上轉發了華春瑩的這則貼文。
「我不能呼吸」中國激發迴響
雖然中共官媒聯手想藉這次「明州事件」以種族問題煽動中國民眾的「愛國主義情形」，但似乎並未如願。
有網友在推特指出，黑龍江訪民徐純合被大陸警察打死時，華春瑩是否呼吸順暢？那麼多武漢人因為政府隱瞞疫情而感染去世，華春瑩是否呼吸順暢？現在美國有人在抗議中打砸搶，她竟然開始矯情說自己無法呼吸。
也有推友列舉多名引起社會高度關注的死於中共警察暴力執法的案例，「美國警察執法死了一個黑人，美國人上街抗議，甚至到白宮門口去抗議。（中共）官媒引導下，一些傻X覺得美國很亂。豈不知這恰恰說明美國的人權保障。黨國這樣死了人，比如民工周秀雲、瓜農鄧正加、雷洋、徐純合等，你去鄉政府門口抗議試試？. ..家人被維穩，發帖被屏蔽，你可能連知道都不知道。」
還有網友把一些大陸警察、城管等維穩人員野蠻執法以及香港抗議者遭警察按地打破頭部大量流血的視頻片段編輯成短片上傳，其中可見一名執法人員用腿壓住一名婦人和對一名男子以胳膊鎖喉的畫面。

中美兩國不同 陸民嘆「活在膽戰心驚中」
在大陸民眾遭受打壓的案件中，山東龍口李淑蓮命案受到國際社會關注。
山東省龍口市訪民李淑蓮2009年因與當局發生房屋租賃糾紛而赴京上訪，之後被警方帶回龍口拘禁，同年10月死亡，死時身上有毆打和電擊傷痕。當局聲稱她是上吊自殺，但家屬質疑其是被毆打致死。

對於李淑蓮之死，其女兒李寧對美國之音用了美國非裔男最後遺言「我無法呼吸」來形容他們全家。
據李寧描述，其母死後，她為此伸冤告狀10年，經歷許多磨難，身心受到嚴重傷害，目前在北京就醫治療，而她母親的案子2018年底在公眾輿論壓力下移至蓬萊市法院異地重審，但重審法官依然對7名涉案官員和打手枉法輕判，認定李淑蓮死於自殺。
關注了「明州事件」的李寧說，對於美國此次發生的悲劇，美國總統川普、許多地方官員和警官都表示悲傷，並對死者家屬進行慰問，而社會大眾也為死者討公道，這讓她深受感動。 「民主國家處理的方法，和在我身上發生的這些事情的處理方法，是完全不一樣的，…我現在沒有一絲感覺到他們（中共政府）提倡的安全感、幸福感，什麼都沒有。我現在每天就活在這種膽戰心驚害怕中。」
「不僅是我，我爸爸、哥哥，小姨，還有我們整個家族，受到不公平待遇，都無法呼吸。」李寧感嘆在大陸母親面對政府迫害時，沒有看到任何官員為她母親發聲。 「我媽媽被抓回去整整一個月，從被打的那一天，就跟龍口市法院的院長，公安局的，還有政法委的（反映）…但是，他們折磨了她30天，把她活活打死了。」
李寧表示，母親北京市和龍口市維穩當局把她列為信訪人員進行監控，不僅手機遭到監聽，還時常受到騷擾，北京警方還曾將其戴手銬、維穩關押。
